During a survey period you may encounter an issue where the evaluations are not quite entered in the system but you need to go ahead and run extract. Then, eventually evals have been entered in the system. How do you get these to populate in maintain? do you have to manually enter them? re-extract all survey data erasing any changes made? No
Skyward has a utility that you can run at path: WH\SR\FL\SU\PS\UT:
The utility is called Re-extract personnel Evaluation Data. This utility will seek out individuals eval information in profile and compare it to individuals in maintain, IF there is a difference it will change that information in maintain and add a transaction code "C".
Keep in mind that individuals critical information such as job code MUST be the same in maintain as it is in profile for them to be acknowledged in the utility.
