Skyward has added a new feature in which it allows users to mark that certifications have been checked and verified, in order to configure this, you must do the steps below:
1. You must add certification verification codes through FASTTRACK/PRODUCT SET-UP/CODES/CERTIFICATION VERIFICATION
Here is where you will add certification codes that are district defined such as Valid,invalid, expired, etc.
2.Once codes are added you will have to configure at which point in your work flow do you want this process to take place and at which status code:
3.You will now have to "enable certification check" through FASTTRACK/PRODUCT SET-UP/APPLICATION PROCESSING/ APPLICATION SET-UP:
4.Once set-up, the person desiginated to verify will go into open applications by status code, select an application that needs to be verified and hit EDIT information. You will then edit the certification field on the application and you will see a new box populated:
This information will follow the applicant through out the status work flow for any one to see with the appropriate security.
