Mass Randomly assign students to Homerooms by Gender/Race in Q

there needs to be a utility that will randomly assign students by grade to Homerooms equally by Race and Gender? It would also be nice if it could look at a previous test score from the prior year and also give the ability to assign looking at the test score randomly, or such as all level 1's in the same class, or Level 1's divided up equally. Currently Principals are having to look at this information individually on spreadsheets and it would really be nice since all the data is in Skyward if this was a utility that would do this for them.
