Custom Forms - Need to be able to put them in areas - Q suggestion

We have added a few Custom Forms. One of the forms is for Discipline. In Q, I would like the option to add a Custom Form to Individual Areas, such as Discipline, Health, etc...so that teachers or other users could easily find the forms under the area that the forms relate to.
